1. Agreement
By using this website, operated by ECOMDAVID LLC (1636 Johnson St, Idaho Falls, ID 83401, USA), you agree to these terms. Service engagements are governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties.
2. Services
Ecom David provides digital marketing services, including Google Merchant Center compliance and approval support, Google Ads management, product feed optimization, paid social, email marketing and conversion optimization. Engagements run month-to-month unless agreed otherwise in writing.
3. No guarantee of approval or results
Google LLC makes all final decisions on Merchant Center account approvals, reinstatements and ad approvals. We cannot and do not guarantee any approval or reinstatement. Advertising performance also depends on factors outside our control, such as market conditions, product economics and platform changes. Any figures shown on this site are illustrative examples, not client results.
4. Not affiliated with Google
Google, Google Ads and Google Merchant Center are trademarks of Google LLC. ECOMDAVID LLC is an independent agency and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google.
5. Intellectual property
Website content and branding belong to ECOMDAVID LLC. Work created for clients under a services agreement belongs to the client as stated in that agreement.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ECOMDAVID LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of this website.
